At Spytown.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 calendar days of receipt of merchandise; you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund. Items returned must be unused or uninstalled.
We charge a 25% restocking fee to help offset the cost of shipping, materials, and labor associated with the assembly of each package. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable.
After 30 days, only items that are defective will be accepted for repair/replacement, no other returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Extenuating circumstances such as, erroneous shipment(s), defective merchandise, or improperly packed orders qualify for shipping & handling reimbursement. Advanced replacements are available upon request and are subject to a credit card authorization. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product(s) we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of return.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received an electronic Returns label, print the label and tape it to the carton.
Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once an RMA Number is provided the item must be received within 30 days from the date of issue. The customer is always responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives DOA. All Credits will be issued within 7-10 days upon receipt of equipment.

An RMA is permission to return merchandise and therefore, does not constitute a formal agreement, service contract, guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
All items returned or exchanged must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Spytown.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Delinquent RA's will be cancelled & returned to sender at the customer's expense
Spytown.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Any merchandise received in less than new condition will be returned to customer at their expense.

IN WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
At our Discretion, SPYTOWN will repair or replace without charge to the customer any merchandise proven defective in material or workmanship for the period of the manufacturer warranty. Manufacture terms and conditions of warranty policy are indicated on warranty materials packed with your shipment.
OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
When merchandise is returned as defective and is no longer covered under the warranty period or warranty has been void due to misuse of equipment or acts of nature the customer will be advised of an estimated cost for repair. Customer must authorize acknowledgment of this estimated cost within 14 days of notification. If such acknowledgment has not been received, SPYTOWN reserves the right to dispose of defective merchandise.
We ship Via UPS (United Parcel Service). All orders shipped require an authorized signature upon receipt. Items ordered on Friday with a UPS RED Delivery will be delivered on Monday via UPS. If Saturday Delivery is required, there is an additional $10.00 charge to your order.You must state "Saturday Delivery on your order" in the Comments Field.
We do not ship to UPS or Fedex "Depot/Hubs/Stores" for pick up service at their location.
Oversized/Overweight: Our online shipping calculator is reasonably accurate. However we may have to charge extra shipping/handling fees for certain large/oversized orders. We will contact you if this is the case.

Therefore, certain orders placed with may require a US export license. will not violate or participate in the violation of the US law by selling to these parties.
To comply with the EAR, needs to ensure that we do not sell to restricted parties through our dealers/distributors and or end-users. To accomplish this, we request that you provide necessary customer and end-user information on all orders, including full name, country, and type of facility so that we may screen the customer and/or end-user name. Failure to comply may cause your order to be delayed or canceled. We appreciate your cooperation in furnishing this information.
Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after product has been shipped, the refused shipment or return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept the package(s) from the shipper; or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package is/appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within two days of your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage/problems. In order to serve you better we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier (or to us) within two days of receiving the product.
In the rare event that you received a product different than what was ordered (all orders are double check prior to shipping) we must be contacted within 2 business days from the receipt of the shipment. If we made a mistake/error in shipping and we are contacted within the specified time, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on how and where to return the product. will be responsible for freight both ways, and will ship you the correct product.
